The Shop Is Open

The shop at 8 School Street is open! Please stop by for a visit, where everything old is new again. Vintage finds from the roaring 20's to the late 1980's along with repurposed treasures comprise the large inventory. Please let me know what you may be looking for and I will be on the look out for these requests. Enjoy your stay at the shop.

For your ease in shopping, the space has been set up with "rooms" cozy vignettes for you to visit. Today we begin at "Mama's Kitsch'n".

Here you will find Pyrex, Aprons, kitchen collectibles and so much more.

Chicken in a Basket with salt n' pepper eggs set inside. Made in Japan.

The four seasons (metal) in Spring Ivy Green. Okay not exactly Kitchen theme but they fit the wall space.

Grease can with strainer insert.

Mushroom Canisters (set of 4) A collection of Blue Ridge Pottery bowls and plates.

Single glasses to mix or match, buy one or six.

From top to bottom: Pyrex "Early American", Glasbake Gold Design, and Glasbake Green Herb Design.

Both Anchor Hocking Casserole Dishes.

Top to Bottom: All three are Pyrex Divided Dishes, Royal Wheat, Dandelion Duet and solid white.

Pyrex 1965 Promotional "Empire Scroll - Vines"

Top to Bottom: Glasbake Orange Dots, Pyrex Town & Country, Fire-King with lid.

Left to Right: A small Pyrex Gold Butterfly, Plain White Anchor Hocking, Pyrex Early American.

A Russel Wright design for Steubenville. Oh so Pretty in Pink!

Pyrex Early American with lid, Pyrex divided veggie dish with lid, Gold Acorn.

The dish on top is Fire-King, the bottom is Pyrex, Butterfly Gold.

Both pieces are Pyrex, the smaller bowl is the Butterprint design, both my favorite turquoise color. I love the graphics and color of the Pretzel tin.

The Slice-a-Slice never used still in its original box, perfect for getting that extra thin slice.

An old tin of Kitchen Utensils and basket of plates.

The tour continues with Aunt Lu-Lu's Closet. Hope you can come back and join me. Feel free to contact me at (207) 839-8147, or e-mail thriftiques@yahoo.com or comments at this blog. I do love hearing my phone ring, reminds me of childhood memories of the "Party Line".
